Become a Vendor

I understand that booth spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis and are only secured once a signed contract and payment are received. I acknowledge that only one commercial vendor per product type will be permitted, and each booth space is limited to one business unless additional spaces are purchased.*

I acknowledge that I am responsible for all applicable taxes, insurance, and licenses. I agree to release and hold harmless the Summerfest Committee and the Village of Spencerville from any theft, loss, damage, weather-related issues, personal injury, or injury to my staff or helpers. I agree to follow all event rules and regulations and understand that my booth space may not be assigned or transferred to another business or consultant if I am unable to attend.*
